I was visiting the Area from Utah and asked friends where can I get authentic Ukrainian food like grandmother used to make. They brought me to this restaurant and I was blown away how great all the dishes tasted. The Borscht was so good it made me cry tears of Joy. Fried potatoes with mushrooms, seafood salad, herring and pork belly hors d'oeuvres were all wonderful and super fresh. All my cravings were satisfied and I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

we celebrated my husband's birthday! the service was at a high level, their food was delicious. the waiters are always friendly and were there for us when needed. and also in Edelweiss there are very tasty chebureks. We wish you prosperity! We recommend!!!

I had a great experience visiting Edelweiss Restaurant for my Birthday Party. I was thoroughly impressed by both the delicious cuisine and the impeccable service.
Music was exceptional, did not allow my legs to rest from dancing.
